Long-term divided land controlled by the State - Province + City or Municipal owned land once owned by private interests people or companies & investors on land sectioned for the purpose of permanent Capsule housing including underground parking garages or back allies, sidewalk space or partial land of a property allowing for such with security

Small Space + storage utilization. less is more & just what you need with high level security & safe exterior designs that are bullet proof & consider hurricane - tornado - flood + earthquake or man-made disaster 

Some Capsules can have vehicle parking or parking & storage with security for bicycles & motorcycles

HOMELESSNESS ERADICATION 

We can eradicate Homelessness by 2028 in multiple countries or work to lower numbers by 75% or higher through piggybacking such efforts off other investments which assists in bringing people up to a disposable income entry level to assist in sustaining domestic & international investments 

Everyone goes home to a Capsule House, Tiny House or alternative housing option in North America & internationally

3 strikes + rehabilitation for people before they are relocated to another Capsule location rather than on the street as that is counter productive 


STATISTICS & NUMBERS 

Canada needs 500,000-750,000 units (capsule beds)

USA needs 1 million units (capsule beds)

Multiple countries need 100,000+ units (capsule beds)

This replaces homelessness as an entry level before Tiny Homes then everything above to fluctuate from 

4-6 bed / 6-8 bed / 8-12 bed / 12-25 bed / 25-500+ bed Unit Capsule properties installed in different places in all geographic areas with 1-2 person beds


ANYONE CAN BUILD THESE ANYTIME 

Entry Level: Basic Needs Capsule Housing 

Privilege: Earning to save for a down payment on a property temporary housing 

Privilege: Higher cost units for different applications like a Motel-Hotel - Hostal as a percentage of lower cost rooms to create a Tiered option in nightly stay options or for commercial properties lime a hospital or other with lower cost subsidized options daily, weekly or monthly subscription access

Deterrent + pinhole & advanced interior - exterior security cameras outside Capsule Bunks & Washrooms to ensure safety set to an AI - Headquarters for occupants 


15% COVERED STARTING IN 2025

400,000 Capsule Beds Annually between 2025-2029 in North America

SB-Group C/M will donate funds for 15% while recruiting interests in & connected to North America for 85% to meet the 2 Million Capsule bed requirement   

The 15% will come from a combination of SB-Group & CIG investment returns & security budget as a donation for Homelessness to bring people up as an economic effort assisting to aid in sustaining domestic & international investments essentially costing the investment group very little to implement on a mass scale 

That is 60,000 Capsule homes for people annually for 4 years & more planned afterward internationally from just SB-Group + C/M & CIG separate from other interests also investing in

The exterior of Capule House can be designed to match the area + advertising space 

Reinforcing underground bunkers & parking garages with good ol' steel strength equivalent or steel framed arched Italian structures for cement - rebar voids risk of collapse over time without voiding equivalent use in daily use of the space especially if sections are designated for Capsule housing


DONATED CAPSULE HOMES

Those offering to donate funds for will expect to keep an eye on these capsules connecting a virtual security option with local Governments & Policing for security to sustain & protect the housing investment long-term as a viable place for someone to live as an entry level housing option voiding homelessness

A strong reinforced snorkel ventilation option for Hurricane prone areas then shovels to dig out like an avalanche after storms then fireproofing options & double escape routes for emergencies
