TO START
The idea of go to work means nothing & never did
The idea of an income stream instead then how you apportion it between minimal Basic Needs & Earned Privilege in your month expenses does have meaning
The path of least resistance. Less is more & to prioritize
Less hours & the least effort for equal or more pay in an income stream or set of layered & compounded for monthly income to budget from
Turning to a break even - fair low profit model against inflation rather than a debt model from deficit & continual stretch financing in a more sustainable effort as a privatized or partial privatized program
Over time costs raise & financial amounts decrease creating a Rich-Poor Homeless or just above growth problem for the masses with numbers increasing leaving few able to build back up & get out of that situation even with a personal debt model outside of social assistance program models

Temporary - Temp Agencies
Allowance to take a percentage from the first 2 of 5 days of a clients pay cheque for the referral in a one week position
Capped at 2-10% of the pay cheque above minimum wage as a starting point rather than pay scale. If minimum wage is 20 per hour & they earn 35 the temp agency can take 2-10% of the 20 provided the worker still takes home at least $20 per hour
Allowance to take a percentage from the first 4 of 10 days of a clients pay cheque for the referral in a one week position
Allowance to take a percentage from the first 5 of 20 days of a clients pay cheque for the referral in a one week position if the person is hired on part or full time monthly for one quarter
Internal company temp opportunities are preferred rather than using a third party office - industry agency
Scaling back temp agencies to partial automation under these restrictions to align people with longer term positions is key in fluctuating demand
