Privatizing Social Assistance

Privatizing Social Assistance

Current programs 2024. North American average

Tax based & third party financed using a debt - management model

3 SECTOR MANAGEMENT

A tax lowering mechanism of many others to focus on a smaller Public Sector with focus on Private Sector which caters to the Personal Sector

TO START

The idea of go to work means nothing & never did

The idea of an income stream instead then how you apportion it between minimal Basic Needs & Earned Privilege in your month expenses does have meaning

The path of least resistance.  Less is more & to prioritize

Less hours & the least effort for equal or more pay in an income stream or set of layered & compounded for monthly income to budget from

Turning to a break even - fair low profit model against inflation rather than a debt model from deficit & continual stretch financing in a more sustainable effort as a privatized or partial privatized program

Over time costs raise & financial amounts decrease creating a Rich-Poor Homeless or just above growth problem for the masses with numbers increasing leaving few able to build back up & get out of that situation even with a personal debt model outside of social assistance program models

AN EXPECTATION

With social assistance you are given a base rate for doing nothing all month then potentially medical - dental benefits

This is to cover your Basic Needs like food - drink, clothing, housing then just what you need to access banking for such payment

Housing

Food - Drink

Personal Hygiene - Laundry

Seasonal activity specific clothing, accessories & footwear

Transportation

Medical - Dental

WiFi - Mobile phone

Security - Safety & Rights

AN ADJUSTMENT

Private Sector controlled 100% yet moderated by Public Sector laws, regulations, standards & practices

Partial to full automation & more retired + volunteer based staffing connecting within offering a double position between oversight of investments while taking time to address social assistance recipients portfolios in growth to rebuild & maintain for themselves with Private Sector free + non-profit resource access to assist

The option of education + training

Student loans - regular rate or Tiered subsidized

SOCIAL ASSISTANCE CARDS

With Amalgamated Citizenship Cards if you are out of funds & in the Social Assistance pool an automatic budget for items you are approved to acess are apportioned monthly through the Privatized provider for your account

At $4,333.34 per month you can support yourself with access to Basic Universal & Lottery Medical - Dental with the ability to pay for Earned Privilege Medical - Dental upgrades

This bridges the gap for the 3-4+ Tier system bringing the impoverished into a growth system to meet Basic Middle Class standards before growing towards Upper Middle Class up to Millionaire Affluent or Elite from Training Middle Class

EMPLOYMENT RESTRUCTURE - REFORM

Minimum +

Minimum entry + training probation at 1-2 month cap with 6-12 month growth for a 1-5+ year position

Senority

No legal senority allowed as quarterly performamcbased incentives per role out weight age or time there voiding bad habits & focusing on strong low cost refresher training benefiting the overall larger picture socially & financially as internal superiority creates tension & bad habits + routines

Internal - External Social - Financial quaterly performance results for shareholders - owners

Social assistance

Social assistance programs cannot force people to apply for work annoying companies to justify payments

Online + in-person or Agency applications & resources are readily available with skilled education & training

Temporary - Temp Agencies

Allowance to take a percentage from the first 2 of 5 days of a clients pay cheque for the referral in a one week position

Capped at 2-10% of the pay cheque above minimum wage as a starting point rather than pay scale. If minimum wage is 20 per hour & they earn 35 the temp agency can take 2-10% of the 20 provided the worker still takes home at least $20 per hour

Allowance to take a percentage from the first 4 of 10 days of a clients pay cheque for the referral in a one week position

Allowance to take a percentage from the first 5 of 20 days of a clients pay cheque for the referral in a one week position if the person is hired on part or full time monthly for one quarter

Internal company temp opportunities are preferred rather than using a third party office - industry agency

Scaling back temp agencies to partial automation under these restrictions to align people with longer term positions is key in fluctuating demand
