Capsule House + Tiny House (Alpha House) then up to apartments & all other forms of housing 

$25-50 per month 

A small space regular load washer-dryer with low filter water reliance can be stacked in one slot on top of each with 2 in a slot 

2x washer - dryer 

A washroom combination with micro-storage 

A refrigerator - stove + hot plate combination 

Piston-Punch Air Energy Plant - Off-Grid requiring maintenance every 5-10 / 10-100 years 

HVAC - Heating + Cooling system 


SMALL SPACE FEATURES 

6-7ft tall Refrigerator-Stove + Cooking

Low energy equivalent with less is more approach   

2.5ft wide refrigerator - stove with a section of flattop 2 hot plate stove-top & micro stove at 10 inches wide then a 10 inch wide & 2 ft deep microwave then micro-storage with mesh lock door to access that can slide like an accordion into the side of while using 

A safety ventilation & extinguisher process for safe use then option to dismantle the stove features for storage for some occupants that only have microwave privledges


THIRTY TWO INCH TELE CAPABLE 

A 32" flat LCD television & gaming console can fit into the capsule with micro-storage in the capsule separate from within the exo-shell then exterior options for a bicycle or other forms of transportation & external storage for activity basics & other items at an extra cost
